Go to yahoo website and do a search on yahoo groups. Here you
can find and create groups on any category. These groups are
frecuented by many people interested in each topic. You can find
groups in the same category of the product you are selling. The

"earn money", by that time i just started learning html and
building websites so i lost interest in the yahoo groups stuff
and focus on webdesign for two years, two years later i'm
checking my "old email account of 2mb" and i discovered among
the spam an email directed to my e-mail in yahoo groups, so i
went to check my groups and to my surprise one of my groups
already had over 3000 members and over 100 new members joining
every week and who knows how many page views. The good thing is
that you can place ads and anything you want to display to your
new members which i consider is outstanding.
I wasn't expecting so many new members joining in everymonth,
now my group has over 7000 members and over 100 new members
joining every week for free.
I found that the best way to promote using yahoo groups is to
create groups in the category of the product you are selling.
for example if you are selling "ebooks" go to the ebooks
category and you can build the following groups.
1.new ebook group 2.new free-ebooks groups 3.favoriteebooks
4.bestsellingebooks 5.ebooksfree 6.freefreeebooks 7.ebooksnow
8.ebooksenglish 9.englishebooks
The point here is to have many groups built and if you don't
mind waiting a couple of years to get an extra source of
traffic, just leave the groups there and check 2 years later
(don't forget your user and password store it safely =)) and
probably one of them "the one with good title description" will
have over a thousand members (this happened to me) now i got a
group with over 7000 members and 100 new members every week
check out the way i wrote the title and the words i used to
describe the group. The name of the group is

When writing the group description try using the word "share" i
found that when a new person reads this word, they are willing
to post information and will usually come back to get info
posted by other members, just try it.
The title you use to describe your group will affect the volume
of people joining your group. Don't use words like "best group
ever", be more specific and describe the group purpose on
detail, like what should people write, how to write and what not
to write. Most people join groups to post messages and advertise
their own website, you must allow them to do this in order to
have groups full of people, nobody likes empty groups.
If you start 40 new groups today 2 years later you might have
over 3 groups with 10,000 members each, wouldn't that be great?
